Oh, hey there! My name is Isabel Valoria Rao – engineer by day, blogger by night.  I blog about Lifestyle & Leadership: life hacks, leadership lessons and lifestyle fun for #bossladies who want it all.

Lifestyle:  I am loving my chic city life and love to blog about my life lessons, experiences and hacks.  I want to show young ladies that you don’t need to be a full-time fashion blogger or beauty guru to live a full and fabulous life.  I am “living the dream” and so can they.

Leadership: I hope to be a role model for young, ambitious ladies who want to pursue a professional career and I want this blog to be a resource for their leadership journeys.  Along with the good times and success stories come even more struggles and failures.  You are not alone in your struggles.  Everybody fails and it’s not the end of the world.  We are resilient, we are not entitled, we are hard workers and we will succeed!
