I love Calgary. But the fact that we are one of the “worst places to be a woman in Canada” irks me. We are a highly diverse, multicultural city with so much to do and so much to experience and I want people to see that. It’s time for change. It’s time to show people that Calgary is inclusive and diverse. It’s time to create an environment where women are fully participating in, contributing to, and leading efforts to build Alberta’s economy. And this is exactly what KNOVO aims to do.
